UdaanVidya provides online educational mock test series and academic diagnostic assessments.

Upon successful payment and enrollment, immediate access is granted to proprietary test schedules, question banks, timed test engines, solution keys, and All India Rank benchmarking frameworks.

022. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery and irrevocable nature of academic assessment content, UdaanVidya enforces a strict NO-REFUND policy.

All purchases, including individual class test series (₹251) and 2-year combo test series (₹451), are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

• No refunds are provided for change of mind or personal schedule changes.
• No refunds are provided if a student misses a scheduled 24-hour test window (the question paper and complete step-by-step solutions remain accessible).
• No refunds are issued based on student test scores, rank outcomes, or perceived difficulty levels.
• No partial refunds or cancellations are permitted for unattempted mock tests within an active validity period.

033. Duplicate Transactions & Billing Errors

In the exceptional event that a student is charged multiple times for the exact same test series due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate transaction will be refunded.

• Verified duplicate charges will be processed back to the original source payment method (bank account, card, or UPI ID) within 5 to 7 business days.

If you experience technical issues accessing an enrolled test series, our support team will promptly resolve access discrepancies or verify attempt logs.
